Hello, and welcome to my Blog!

As somebody who identifies as a poor writer and has never considered starting a blog, this is a daunting task.

I am a Registered Nurse living in a small town in rural Nova Scotia. After many years of thinking about starting my masters, talking about starting my masters and researching masters programs, I finally decided 2020 was the year to take the plunge.

So, here I am, beginning my journey towards higher education by starting my Masters in Health Studies at Athabasca University, and one of my first assignments in MHST601 was to create this e-portfolio and start a blog.

The objective of this Blog will be to share my perspectives, experiences and learnings as I progress through the course.
